Already home here.

Service requests, rent questions, and the everyday rules of a Tree Walk community. If you are looking for a home, start with communities.

If this is an emergency

Call 911 first if anyone is in danger or there is a fire. For no heat, an active leak, or a door that will not lock, use the after-hours number printed on your lease, then send a note so the file is complete.

Request service

Tell us what needs attention.

Include the community and the unit. A note without a unit is hard to assign to the right home.

If someone is in danger, or there is a fire, call 911 before you write.

What a normal request looks like.

  1. 01

    Assigned within 24 hours

A technician is named on the request within 24 hours. You get that in writing, with the unit and the problem restated.

  2. 02

You hear when they are coming

The note includes a day and a window, or what we need from you first. If the window changes, we say so.

  3. 03

    Emergencies go first

No heat in winter, an active leak, and a lock that will not secure the door are handled ahead of ordinary items.

Rent and the portal

Pay the way your lease describes.

Your lease states how rent is paid and when it is due. If your community uses an online resident portal, the welcome note from Tree Walk includes the link. We do not ask for banking passwords by email.

House rules

The rules are in the lease, in plain language.

Quiet hours, parking, trash, and guests are written down so they are the same for every home. If a rule is unclear, ask. A guess is a worse neighbor policy than a short answer.
