Southeastern Massachusetts
Homes we manage.
Tree Walk does not keep a public unit list. Availability changes, and a listing left up after a home is gone wastes your time. Tell us the size and your timing. We will say whether we have a fit.

The buildings
Ordinary, and looked after.
Communities sit in established residential parts of Southeastern Massachusetts. Entries and shared walks are kept clear, so you can find your door after dark.

Not one template
Ask about the building itself.
Properties differ. Some are smaller. Some are larger. We will tell you how that building actually works — entry, parking, and what is included — and we will not invent an amenity it does not have.
Door access
Phone or key fob, at most buildings.
Most properties we manage use electronic door access. Open the door with your phone or a key fob. Share access with a friend or family member in a few clicks, and turn it off when they leave.
A lost fob is cancelled. You are not waiting on a locksmith for a new key. At some properties this is coming soon. We will tell you which, before you tour.
Tours
Look on your time.
Take a virtual tour, or walk the building in person. In-person tours are offered after hours and on weekends, not only during the business day.

What we will tell you.
Photographs show the kinds of buildings we manage. They are not one address, and not every property is the same.
- 01The rent and the lease term
- 02Fees, including anything due at move-in
- 03What screening covers, before you pay to apply
- 04What is included in the home, and what is not
- 05How you enter — phone, key fob, or key — and if electronic access is still coming
- 06How to request service after you move in
Availability
Ask what is actually open.
Share the town if you have one, how many bedrooms, and when you need to move. If nothing fits, we will say so.
